Our Services

We offer home health rehabilitation services from pediatrics to sports and geriatric services, along with neurologic care to our patients in the Inland Empire region. We also specialize in return-to-work programs and work with covid patient rehabilitation. We have partnered with over a dozen different hospitals and home health agencies in Riverside County.

A Durable Medical Equipment (DME) donation program, providing essential medical supplies to patients with financial constraints.

An educational outreach program offering guidance and mentorship to aspiring physical therapy students, career events, and job shadowing opportunities. 

Public health promotion events focused on wellness education and preventive care strategies, promotion of Lemoine Physical Therapy and our partner agencies within our communities.
