Our Mission
Inland Healing & Home Care is a local organization that was founded by healthcare professionals to provide health and wellness services for seniors and other members in our community at little to no cost to them.
Our mission is to empower members in our community and the Inland Empire to stay healthy, independent, improve quality of care and reduce care expenses. Our goal is to build an equitable region through our rehabilitation and wellness services to help our community thrive in their work and personal life.

We care for the whole person, see the complexity of each person’s life and believe that addressing a broad range of human needs is the best way to improve a person’s health.
Our Results
We have been able to show a significant reduction in out of pocket expenses for care, improved health outcomes and a higher quality of life for members of our communities.
About Us
Our organization is Inland Healing and Home Care, in partnership with Lemoine Physical Therapy. We are a small family-owned business incorporated in 2021. We offer home health rehabilitation services from pediatrics to sports and geriatric services, along with neurologic care to our patients in the Inland Empire region. We also specialize in return-to-work programs and work with covid patient rehabilitation. We have partnered with over a dozen different hospitals and home health agencies in Riverside County. Other notable projects include our equipment donation program for patients, along with our college preparedness and mentoring for pre-physical therapy students, and our community events in the Inland Empire where we promote healthy living and wellness along with our rehabilitation services. We are a team of four, first generation Mexican Americans with a heart to contribute to our affected communities in the Inland Empire and Moreno Valley, CA where we reside. Our mission is to build and equitable region through our rehabilitation and wellness events to help our community thrive in their work and personal life. We wish to expand our staff and resources to meet patient needs and to improve quality of care, along with expand our community outreach, wellness and career programs.

Dr. Justin Lemoine, PT, DPT
Owner, Physical Therapist
Justin originally hails from Northern California, central valley region where he grew up. He attended school in Fresno, CA, earning his doctorate degree and starting his career in Bakersfield, CA before moving to Southern California a couple of years ago. He and his wife Melissa call Moreno Valley, CA home and recently welcomed their first child in September of this year. Currently, Lemoine practices home health physical therapy in the Inland Empire region. His five years of experience all throughout the state and passion for holistic care have allowed him to become well diversified in his practice which led to the creation of Inland Healing and Home Care and Lemoine Physical Therapy in 2021. His hobbies include fitness, investing, and spending time with his wife and son along with involvement in his community through his work and social life.

Melissa Lemoine
LVN, Scheduling and Translation Services
Melissa, originally from Los Angeles, moved to Moreno Valley and Inland Empire region in 2011 where she graduated high school and started her college career. She fulfilled her dream of becoming a nurse in 2023 and now works as a licensed vocational nurse here in the Inland Empire. Melissa has worked in various settings such as assisted living facilities along with home health and dermatology. She contributes to Inland Healing and Home Care as a LVN consultant along with being a scheduler and translator for our rehabilitation services. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and recently became a mother this past month. She has a great passion for nursing and a caring spirit that shows in her work and personal life.

Jose Orozco
CMCA, Scheduling and Translation Services
Jose moved to the Inland Empire in 2011 where he graduated high school and began his customer service work. His ability in this sector led him to his job at a home owners association and eventually management where he currently oversees community associations in Beaumont, CA. Jose's communication and community event planning skills play a vital role in the success of Inland Healing & Home Care. He also assists with scheduling and translation services for our Spanish speaking patients. Jose enjoys walking his dogs and visiting theme parks in his free time. He has an adventurous spirit that inspires creativity and comradery among the group.

Saul Orozco
Medical Transcriptionist, Social Media & Marketing
Originally from Los Angeles, Saul has spent most of his life in Moreno Valley, CA and immersed in the Inland Empire Region. His knack for computers and data entry led him to scribing medical notes for our home health rehabilitation department along with managing our social media pages. Saul is currently attending Moreno Valley College with his goal of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. He hopes to work as a chiropractor here in Moreno Valley and the greater region, giving back to his community through his services. Saul enjoys side hustles and video games in his free time. He is calm and collected and brings a good energy to the office.
